Singaporean and Malaysian reporters jailed for flying drone over Myanmar parliament


Authorities charged the group with violating Section 8 of Myanmar's Import Export Law, which does not specifically refer to drones, and carries a penalty of up to three years in jail, according to news reports. Antioxidant-rich foods may lower type 2 diabetes risk


These are all different types of antioxidants. They followed 64,223 healthy women from 1993 to 2008. They were given a food questionnaire to work out an antioxidant ‘score'. Additionally, consuming tea, fruits, nuts, dark chocolate and vegetables could also help stave off the condition.
