Supreme Court refuses to relax firecracker ban during Diwali


The Supreme Court in its October 9 order had sought a complete ban on sale of firecrackers in the National Capital Region (NCR) ahead of the upcoming festival of Diwali . According to News18, the protesters belong to a Hindutva outfit called Azad Hind Fauj.
