Search Is On For Escaped St. Louis County Inmate


Bruce Brutsman, 36, was taken from the St. Louis County Justice Center in Clayton, Missouri on Saturday morning after allegedly swallowing a battery. While inside the facility, he was able to escape from officers and flee on foot. He was in custody on charges of burglary and property crimes. Man arrested following heavy police presence in Surrey BC neighbourhood


The Surrey RCMP was called to the scene at about 6:15 a.m. and flooded the area with police cars. The cars were gone when police arrived, but bullet casings were found. A silver Honda Pilot was towed away from the area, although it's unclear how it is involved in the incidents.
