Troopers Stop Driver, 'Dummy' In I-93 HOV Lane


Turns out the so-called passenger was nothing more than a mannequin. Another trooper at the opposite end of the lane also tried to get the driver to pull over, but he still not stop. When Glidden caught up with the auto, he said he noticed the man was driving with a mannequin "passenger" that was wearing a baseball hat, sunglasses, a hoodie and a safety vest, according to a picture posted to the department's Facebook page. Boy, 16, charged with second degree murder in Chelsie Probert homicide


He's scheduled to appear in youth court today to face a charge of second-degree murder. According to police, officers arrested the 16-year-old male, whose name cannot be released due to his age, on Thursday morning in Dartmouth. Chelsie Probert was found in medical distress on the north end Dartmouth pathway around 10 p.m. on June 6. Tourist bus hits top of Paris tunnel, 4 injured, 1 serious


Part of the Pont Alexandree III has been closed as a result of the incident. The Paris fire service said one of the injured was seriously hurt.
