The PSNI has charged a 41 year-old man with the murder of Donegal woman Lu Na McKinney. Mr McKinney, who was arrested in Derry last week, denies the charge. I actually restored my last backup and everything was fine, then reapplied the updates and the issue reoccurred. The file is authorization.xml, which you find in c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\AuthCabs\authcab.cab.
