4 killed in 1-94 crash near Detroit; child survives


Clair Shores, northeast of Detroit. The four adults in the vehicle - ranging in ages from 18 to 25 years old - were killed instantly, police said. The only survivor, a two-year-old, was secured in a vehicle seat. According to a news report, Good Samaritans stopped to rescue the child. Apartment floor collapses during student party in Denton


Cell phone video captured the moment the floor collapses under a group of college kids partying in Texas over the weekend. Many who were at the party could be seen crawling over beams and plywood after the collapse. The complex advertises as "student-only housing".
