Cartoonist Bala arrested for criticising CM Palaniswami

London Police Arrest Second Teenager Over Acid Attack


Police have released the first suspect under investigation while the second remains in custody. The first victim was critically injured in the attack and may lose his sight after he refused to hand over his moped. Afterwards, he was taken to an east London hospital.
