According to a post on the department's Facebook page, the needles appeared to be sewing needles and were not visibly seen until the candy was opened and broken in half. Police say they'll submit the candy to the crime lab for testing. No arrest was made in that case. Sir Michael Fallon resigns over behaviour claims

Bordentown Township's ex-police chief charged with hate crimes


Fitzpatrick said the case was thoroughly investigated, and he was confident it was the only case "at this point" of a suspected bias crime by officers on the Bordentown Township force. He is facing two counts, stemming from an incident past year in which a young, handcuffed black man was rammed into a door during an arrest. The agency released nearly 470,000 files, including letters and audio files. The CIA released files from Osama bin Laden's personal computer Wednesday in an effort to enhance "public understanding of al-Qa'ida". As in those cases, the Central Intelligence Agency did not release any information that is seen as potentially damaging to national security, and it also kept under wraps pornography, malware and materials protected by copyright.
