Joseph Oberhansley not fit to stand trial, judge rules


Wednesday in Clark County Circuit Court and ended about an hour later. Oberhansley is accused of killing Tammy Jo Blanton, 46, and then eating her organs, authorities said. According to Betteau, his client was evaluated by three mental health professionals and they presented their findings to a judge. Teens in alleged plot against school ID'd, booked into jail (MUGSHOTS)


The sheriff's department said they believe the teenager's mental health issues may have been a factor. Alfred Dupree and Victoria McCurley are suspects in threats that were directed at Etowah High School in Woodstock, Georgia. The threats could have been "moved forward with", which resulted in multiple counts of the charges, Kelley said. A 14-year-old kid was arrested subsequent to being captured on doubt of murder, Lancashire Police affirmed. German company SAP admits to paying commission for SOE contract

It emerged on Thursday that SAP had reported itself to the USA authorities for alleged misconduct which saw the company making large payments to the Gupta family. Fox-Martin said SAP had made its voluntary disclosure to the US authorities in July, shortly after the allegations hit. Investors will be looking for reassurance that Southwest won't grow too fast and put down downward pressure on fares. On a per-share basis, the Richmond, Virginia-based company said it had profit of 97 cents.
