Samedi 14 octobre, l'Observatoire syrien des droits de l'Homme ( OSDH ) a annoncé que tous les combattants syriens du groupe Etat islamique qui se trouvaient encore dans cette ville du nord du pays sont sortis. Man charged in shootout caught on video in Plaza Midwood neighborhood
