Nicaragua has announced it will sign the Paris Accord

It now joins the other 195 countries who signed the legal agreement in December 2015 in Paris to keep global warming from rising 2°C above pre-Industrial Era temperatures. Nicaragua plans to sign the Paris climate agreement - which makes the USA and Syria the only two countries not fully on board. With new headquarters looming, Amazon adds 2K in NYC

The mega online retailer plans to open a new office in Manhattan in 2018 and create more than 2,000 new jobs in New York City over the next three years. Amazon said it would invest $5 billion in the construction of its new headquarters, and it hopes to eventually house 50,000 staff members there.
