The hurricane center shows tropical storm-force winds affecting the central and northern North Carolina coast by Sunday morning. "Jose is moving toward the west-northwest near 8 miles per hour (13 km per hour). For a time , it was a risky Category 4 storm, with 150-mph winds. City officials developed a new vendor's rule after Steve Tennes of Country Mill Farms posted on his Facebook page that he believes in the biblical view of marriage of being only between a man and a woman. Tennes sued on the grounds of free speech. "Their business practices violate the city of East Lansing's long-standing ordinance that protects sexual orientation as well as the Supreme Court's ruling that grants the right for same-sex couples to be married". Kashmir: Former PM Manmohan Singh to lead Congress panel to Srinagar tomorrow


He said the group was scheduled to meet various delegations from Kashmir, including opposition parties. The group includes former union ministers P Chidambaram, former J&K CM Ghulam Nabi Azad and Ambika Soni. Off Duty Officer Injured In Motorcycle Crash


A Baltimore police officer was taken to Shock Trauma Friday afternoon where officials say he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries after he was involved in a motorcycle accident. Troopers say that Crisfield Highway is still now closed to traffic while the crash is being investigated and cleared. Restoration of power in Georgia "could take several days, if not weeks", depending on the level of damage and whether crews have safe access to areas, Georgia Power stated Tuesday in a news release. Georgia Power and Alabama Power are subsidiaries of Atlanta-based Southern Co. 'At least' four killed in M5 motorway crash


The M5 was closed in both directions following the collision. A force spokesperson said: "A multi-agency operation is under way on the M5 in South Gloucestershire following a serious collision". "Sadly, at least four people have died". Another person wrote the lorry had crashed through the central reservation and drove off the road. In recognition of his lifelong services, the government conferred the rank of the "Marshal of the Indian Air Force" on Arjan Singh on January 28, 2002. Born in Pakistan's Lyalpur before the seperation of the two countries, Singh joined the Royal Indian Air Force when he was just 19-year-old. "I also met his family members", Modi tweeted.
