Father, live-in girlfriend arrested for torturing 5-year-old boy

Wildfire forces evacuations in Grant County


There are level three evacuations in place, this means you need to leave immediately. As many as 80 homes were evacuated last night in the Monument Hill area near Quincy and Ephrata due to a fast-moving brush fire. The fire burned in grass and sage in winds of seven to 20 miles per hour, authorities said. The fire started on August 16, 2017, at approximately 7:06 pm and the cause is under investigation.
