La République Démocratique du Congo traverse une période trouble. L'ARPTC explique sa démarche par sa volonté d'éviter la propagation "d'images abusives" sur les réseaux sociaux. Des élections devaient avoir lieu d'ici fin 2017, d'après un accord pouvoir-opposition. La RDC s'est retrouvée dans une impasse politique. NY girl, 11, smothered to death during alleged rape


Rundstrom-Wooding was charged Friday with a felony count of first-degree murder in O'Connor's death. Monday in Chenango County Court, 34-year-old Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding appeared before a judge. O'Connor was apparently one of Brower's extended family members.
