The crash closed all lanes of I-81 while Life Lion was on the scene near the Middlesex exit in Middlesex Township, with one southbound lane later reopening while other emergency crews were on site. Police Charge Woman Whose Dog Attacked Man in West Hartford


A neighbor who did not want to be identified spoke exclusively with NBC Connecticut and said she was walking down her driveway when she saw a group of people surrounding the dog and the man. The dog had violently attacked two people in the past, and Avon Animal Control had issued a restraint order which required the dog to wear a basket muzzle and a full harness with a control leash attached. The court was able to overrule the government as tribunal fees were not introduced through an Act of Parliament, and under common law a minister can not disproportionately restrict access to justice without one. We'll never know how many people missed out because they couldn't afford the expense of fees.
