Allen and Byrd have been charged with 1st degree murder and related charges. On June 20, police charged Horn's estranged wife, 62-year old Anne Allen, with murder and conspiracy. A fire erupted burning through the vehicles involved, including two semi-trailer trucks. Two people in the vehicle and two people in the SUV were killed. One of the semi drivers was transported to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
