Inflation jumped more than expected in May as Brexit continues to bite

The U.S. Federal Reserve has upped the ante on the federal funds rate for a second time within half a year and moved the upper benchmark by 0.25 points to a 1 to 1.25 percent target area. The Fed said "all participants" had agreed to update their principles for reducing the balance sheet. UPS: Four Injured After Shooting in San Francisco


Auto shop owner Robert Kim said he heard five to eight rapid gun shots, CBS affiliate KPIX-TV reported . A UPS statement said the shooter and all the victims were employees.
