Amber Alert issued for missing North Carolina child canceled

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing North Carolina child.

The Red Springs Police Department had been looking for boy, Colvin Zavier.

He was believed to be with 20-year-old Sabrina Danielle Locklear. Locklear is described as Native American, approximately 5-foot-9, weighing 160 pounds.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, black or brown knee high boots and a black or brown jacket. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
