Donald Trump encountered an unpleasant sight when he visited Philippines as a part of his Asia tour. about 200 protestors organised a demonstration outside the American embassy to rally against his arrival in the country.

The activists shouted anti-U.S. slogans and carried banners with such messages as "Ban Trump!", "Trump, not welcome" and "Fight U.S. imperialist war".

Protest organisers promised massive demonstrations in Manila from the day of Trump's arrival on Sunday until his departure on November 14. Trump who attends today the Asia-Pacific, Economic Cooperation Forum will also attend the Eastern Asia Summit, in Philippines.

US lawmakers have called on Trump to raise the issue of human rights violations in the Philippines during his meeting with Duterte, who vowed to tell other foreign leaders to "lay off" on the issue during the ASEAN summit.
