While speaking to business leaders in Tokyo, Trump whined, "Try building your cars in the United States instead of shipping them over. That's not too much to ask", Trump said during an appearance before Japanese business executives. "Is that rude to ask?" he said. Sometimes that gets him into trouble, whether it's about North Korea, kneeling National Football League players, or Germany selling too many imported cars in the U.S. And they're an indication that he will not let his close relationship with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe quiet his long-standing concerns about trade and manufacturing, the website Politico noted.
