Avengers: Infinity War Is Like a Heist Film, Says Director

And this is where it gets interesting because Ruffalo revealed that the Green Goliath and none other than Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper and mo-capped by Sean Gunn) will strike what could be the beginning of a handsome, hilarious friendship when the two superhero teams assemble to take on the Mad Titan Thanos (Josh Brolin) in Avengers: Infinity War and its follow-up, Avengers 4.

In an interview with USA Today, Mark Ruffalo, promoting his appearance in this week's release of Thor: Ragnarok, describes the evolution of his version of Hulk (which debuted in 2012's The Avengers after Edward Norton first fielded the role in 2008's The Incredible Hulk). Both characters have short fuses and aren't very friendly.

Concrete details on Avengers: Infinity War and the unnamed Avengers 4 haven't been revealed to the public, as of this writing.

Recently, Marvel execs have explained that Ragnarok is the beginning of a three story arc for Bruce Banner, ending in Avengers 4.

"There's going to be a lot of unexpected characters", Joe Russo said.
