West Indies bats in opening test vs. Zimbabwe

Zimbabwe host West Indies for the first of a two-match Test series starting on Saturday.

The visiting side's slow progress after winning the toss was due to the spin-friendly surface, but also some combative bowling from Zimbabwe.

Taylor, who last played worldwide cricket at the 2015 World Cup, opted out of his Kolpak deal with Nottinghamshire towards the end of the recent county season and ended up signing a contract with Zimbabwe Cricket.
