XOLO releases three budget Era smartphones for the Indian market

Even this one features a 5-inch IPS HD display but without the Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The pre-orders for the three phones will star from 11th October, and the sale will begin on October 14 exclusively via Flipkart.

All three new Era-series smartphones are powered by quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.25GHz. The new Era 3X comes with a fingerprint sensor and is powered by a pretty decent 3,000mAh battery. On the camera front, it has a 5-megapixel camera at the back and an 8-megapixel camera on the front for clicking selfies and video-calling. There is also a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.

Along with the usual set of connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3G, it also supports 4G with VoLTE.

This one features a 5-inch HD Oncell IPS display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

It packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card.

In the camera department, there is an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, 5P Largan lens, Blue Glass Filter and a 13-megapixel front camera with 5P lens, a f/2.2 aperture with LED flash. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.

The phone supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and Global Positioning System. The fingerprint sensor is still there and XOLO also kept the 5-inch 720p display and the 3,000 mAh battery. There's 8GB inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). Running on Android 7.0 Nougat, it supports storage expansion of up to 32GB. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel camera as well. It is backed by a 2500mAh battery. The Xolo Era 3 comes in Slate Black color and is priced at Rs. 4,999, and the Xolo Era 2V will be available in Jet Black color and costs you Rs. 6,499. while the Xolo Era 3X in Pash Black color is priced at Rs. 7,499.

All three devices are now up for pre-orders and will go on sale from 14th October, exclusively via online retailer Flipkart. The Xolo Era 3X is the superior of the three when it comes to the camera.
