Chelsea Fear Kante's Injury Is Far Worse Than First Thought

12 Octobre 2017

According to The Telegraph, Chelsea are expecting Kante to be out for the rest of the month after picking up an injury on worldwide duty.

Whether it comes at Palace or against Roma remains to be seen.

Chelsea are reportedly fearful that N'Golo Kante could be sidelined until the end of the month as a result of the hamstring injury he suffered while on global duty with France on Saturday. The midfielder started 35 matches during the Premier League title-winning campaign last season and is vital to this team.

The club-record signing is set to miss the next month after suffering a muscle injury against Manchester City before the global break.

Xbox One Will Still Get Original Xbox Backwards Compatibility This Year
While the Xbox One S doesn't do 4K gaming, it can stream 4K and HDR content, if that's all what you're interested in. I know the games that are coming for the original Xbox but I don't think we've announced them all.

Chelsea travel to rock-bottom side Crystal Palace on Saturday before the Blues' welcome Roma to Stamford Bridge for their Champions League group game on Wednesday.

Recently, Antonio Conte has tasked Kante with pushing the team forward down Chelsea's right, as he did so against Atletico Madrid and Manchester City, so not only will Chelsea be robbed of his off the ball influence, but a key man to help punch a hole in opposition defences. It is more likely Tiemoue Bakayoko and Cesc Fabregas will be deployed in midfield from the start, but defenders Andreas Christensen and David Luiz - back following suspension - are alternative options. That alone would be a blow with the hectic festive period edging ever closer.

Not only that, but their chances of making headway in the Champions League lessens considerably in Kante's absence.

The report now claims that this could rule him of Chelsea's next six games in all competitions.
