The arrest stemmed from claims made by a Washington woman who alleged that Nelly raped her on his tour bus.

Rosenblum say he expects Nelly will appear at his Saturday night show in Ridgefield, Washington.

On October 7, the rapper - who's now on tour with Florida Georgia Line - was apprehended by authorities in Auburn, Washington.

According to TMZ, sources claim the attack occurred early Saturday morning at around 3:45 AM outside of a WalMart where his tour bus was parked.

Nelly performed at the White River Amphitheatre in Auburn, Washington, on Friday night.

"Our initial investigation clearly establishes this allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness", Rosenblum said in a statement. Later on Saturday, Nelly vehemently denied the charges against him to his fans via Twitter and insisted he "Will be vindicated", and apologized to his loved ones for placing himself in a "Situation" where he was accused of such a crime. Nelly later pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor drug charges: possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, the district attorney said. "Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation", he wrote.

"I was released, pending further investigation".

Nelly, 42, is a three-time Grammy victor, including for the song Hot in Herre, which won the best male rap solo performance award in 2002.

The following year he shared a Grammy for the song "Shake Ya Tailfeather" with Murphy Lee and Sean Combs. He is known for hit songs such as Hot in Here and Just a Dream.

Nelly is also a minority owner of the Charlotte Hornets.
