Who Will Be Eliminated on Tonight's 'Dancing With the Stars' Episode? 9/26/2017

26 Septembre 2017

It was a tough week for everyone on Dancing with the Stars, especially since tonight was the first elimination. All 13 couples made their way to the dance floor with new routines.

Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson: Bruno called Frankie's performance a "missile right on target", while Carrie Ann referred to it as an "explosion". Next Monday night, everything will get back on schedule, and one couple will be eliminated each week. Nikki earned a 21.

Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas (quickstep): 21 (7, 7, 7). "My fair Nikki!" said Bruno, and Len praised her "soft, lyrical movement".

Dancing with the Stars returns Tuesday for Latin night at 9 p.m. on ABC. When asked why she now seems more relaxed with partner Keo Motsepe, she said that's just what happens when you're having a "love affair". Her spirit is infectious, her sense of humor is awesome, and she's "liquid gold", per Carrie Ann Inaba. Though a short partnership, they were a great match and we are sad to them leave this early, but Barbara handled the elimination like a pro.

After they were cut, hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews spoke with Corcoran, who opened up about how she felt now that her DWTS journey alongside Motsepe had come to an end. Bruno called it "proper, recognizable tango".

Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd danced a foxtrot to Barry Manilow's "Mandy", and were critiqued by Carrie Ann for not being loose enough.

On Monday night, Scott and his pro partner Emma Slater performed a quickstep to the tune of "Sing Sing Sing" by Alan Silvestri for Ballroom Night. "Clean, powerful, distinct, defined", Carrie Ann said.

US Adds More Sanctions on North Korea
The Trump administration is using new sanctions authority to punish eight North Korean banks and 26 bank workers living overseas . The designations by the Treasury Department are in line with a new executive order signed by President Donald Trump last week.

Ditto "Pretty Little Liars" star Sasha Pieterse on her Viennese waltz.

Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke: Terrell said there's nothing in football that can help him in dance, so maybe this is where last season's champ Rashad Jennings should make a cameo.

Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy (tango): 24 (8, 8, 8).

Not improved: Former NBA player Derek Fisher was congenial on a joyful foxtrot, but judges said he needed better technique.

Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold: Seriously, Jordan? She said she wants to prove she can be elegant, but Nik, I hope you're doing that for yourself and no one else. To get an idea of what to expect, check out the contestants' scores from last night, including cast-off Corcoran.

This season, real estate sent two contenders into battle: Barbara Corcoran (Shark Tank, The Corcoran Group) and HGTV's Drew Scott of The Property Brothers.
