20 Septembre 2017

The alert was canceled at approximately 9 p.m.

Authorities in Iowa say an Amber Alert has been issued for three children who were abducted Tuesday morning. They were possibly traveling in a 2003 maroon Cadillac CTS with license plate 561XEY, the alert states.

Officials said they were last seen at a house in Royal but may be headed to northwest Iowa or Minnesota.

"Arzaga is described as 5'3", 135 pounds, with a large eagle tattoo on her chest.

Housing production holds steady in August
Only the Midwest saw fewer single-family housing starts from one year ago, while all other regions saw double-digit increases. The decline was 0.8% below the upwardly revised July rate of 1.190 million but is 1.4% below the August 2016 rate.

The missing children were identified as Olivia Sophia Arzaga, 4, and 8-year-olds Adia Johnson-Enos and Lillian Johnson-Enos.

Adia, who is 4 feet and 57 pounds, was wearing a pink short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and multi-colored tennis shoes. As a distinguishing mark, she has a birthmark on her abdomen.

All of the children have brown hair and brown eyes. Lillian was wearing khaki cargo shorts with a dark coat with multi-colored sleeves.
