Disney plans Epcot makeover with character attractions and more

Other updates included a new "Ratatouille" ride set for construction next to the Eiffel Tower in Epcot, naturally, as well as another "Guardians of the Galaxy" attraction in the same park. Expect things to get very meta, because apparently, a young Peter Quill visited Epcot before he was whisked away from Earth. D23 uncovered that the ride will take after the Guardians as they arrive on Earth, where Rocket Raccoon takes an old photograph of Quill as the gathering researches. Don't expect it to be as high-adrenaline as Mission: Breakout!

The live-action version, which will be shot at Pinewood Studios and Cardington Studios in England, will arrive on March 29, 2019. Niki Caro's Mulan and Jon Favreau's The Lion King are a few other live-action translations to look forward to.
