A woman was arrested and charged with animal cruelty after Humane Society and SCPA officers found one dead dog and two more animals in distress inside a hot auto in Ontario, authorities said.

A MA woman was arrested in the parking lot of the local Target Saturday after a passer-by called police out of concern for a dog in a minivan.

Arriaga faces three counts of felony animal cruelty. "It is unknown how long the animals were left to suffer inside the parked vehicle", they said.

Simmons was the only one who didn't appear for the interview in person on Monday, with Ganguly saying he was unable to make it. Rohit's last Test was against New Zealand in October past year after which he had picked up an injury during the ODI series.

Blumberg was charged based on the duration of time the dog was left in the auto and the temperature, police said.

The Inland Valley Humane Society released these photos of a dog and cat rescued from an extremely hot auto over the weekend.

By the time officials arrived at the scene, one of the dogs had died; the second dog and a cat were under heavy distress, but still alive, the post stated. The surviving dog and cat were treated by emergency veterinarians and are being cared for by the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA, pending an investigation, the organization said.
