Manchester United can go to another level with Lukaku, insists Phil Neville

Chelsea signed Lukaku as an 18-year-old from Belgian side Anderlecht in 2011 but he was limited to just one Premier League start in his time at the London club.

The tug of war that erupted over him between Manchester United and Chelsea to tempt him away from Everton, perhaps?

Lukaku has already made his mind up for a move to Old Trafford, but the Toffees are still playing hardball over the transfer fee which could potentially rise to a world-record £90m.

Lukaku netted 25 Premier League goals last season for Everton, a tally only bettered by Tottenham's Harry Kane, who scored 29 times.

Everton striker Romelu Lukaku must step up and deliver if he completes a move to Manchester United, according to Gary Neville.

Jose Mourinho and the United squad head to California for the start of an 18-day U.S. pre-season tour and the club are keen to show off their big summer signing as soon as possible, with Lukaku already in LA where he has been on holiday with United star Paul Pogba.

Societe Generale set a €18.00 ($20.45) target price on Eni S.P.A. (ETR:ENI) in a research note published on Tuesday, June 6th. Flinton Capital Management LLC bought a new stake in ENI S.p.A. during the fourth quarter valued at $258,000.

Though he is in the final stages of completing his transfer, it is not only good news for Lukaku after it also emerged on Saturday that he faces a court appearance in the United States in October over "excessive noise" at his temporary west-coast residency.

The 24-year-old has also been a target for Chelsea this summer but United boss Jose Mourinho has also been keen to add a new high-profile striker to his squad after losing Zlatan Ibrahimovic to injury.

Chelsea reportedly baulked at paying Raiola's fee for Lukaku's transfer although they had made a similar offer for the player.

United will not now be pursuing any interest in Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata.

The Italian coach and his backroom staff are yet to sign the new four year contracts they were offered at the end of the campaign.
