An Amber Alert was active in San Bernardino County on Friday after a 1-year-old and her mother were kidnapped in the Central Valley, officials said. Palomares was assaulted and kidnapped along with her daughter, officers said. The auto is a maroon Nissan Altimat with the license plate 9-2-F-4-2-4.

Villasenor is a Hispanic male, 5-feet-6-inches tall, with a thin build, black hair and mustache and brown eyes. The alert has now been expanded across three counties to include San Bernardino County.

One-year-old Deleyza is Hispanic, 2-feet-11-inches tall, 40 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

On july 7, 2017, at 2:00 pm, Deleyza Ceron was abducted from Porterville, California. Martinez is also a Hispanic male, 5-feet-2-inches tall, 140 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Officers are searching for two men who are believed to be involved. Authorities identified the suspects as Valentin Angel Villasenor, 20, and Juan Santos Martinez, 40.

The men were last seen driving a mid-1990s white Chevrolet or GMC SUV, possibly a Suburban, officials said. The rear window of the vehicle is broken out and covered in white tape. The left rear window is also inoperative and in the down position, according to the CHP. They are both considered armed and unsafe. Investigators said Villasenor and Palomares were in a dating relationship.
