The Knicks Apparently Like Frank Ntilikina At No. 8

20 Juin 2017

They have had conversations with the Timberwolves about potentially moving up to No. 7 in order to jump NY to draft him. Unfortunately, the organization has been unsuccessful in its attempts to schedule a pre-draft interview with top target Frank Ntilikina.

Instead of taking the NCAA star with three-point shooting range, the Knicks went with a player that's likely not even going to work out for them during the lead-up to the draft on June 22nd: French point guard Frank Ntilikina.

While the Knicks may have been unable to bring Ntilikina in for a workout in New York, Phil Jackson appears to be pulling out all the stops overseas.

The history of the Warriors and Cavs isn't too far away from the present situation of the New York Knicks. What's new and important to note, however, is that the Dallas Mavericks may be the team Ntilikina wants to end up with.

Amazon's Whole Foods deal set to quicken grocery evolution
But Amazon's $13.7bn deal to acquire Whole Foods, which was announced on Friday, continued to weigh on some supermarket rivals. Amazon , known for its competitive prices, is trying to attract more low- and middle-income shoppers with its grocery push.

A blind man can see the New York Knicks are not on the same level as the Golden State Warriors. He has the physical tools for success, but some remain skeptical of just how legitimate his potential is. However, as mentioned by Isola above, the Knicks have had someone with him throughout their playoff run. If it isn't, then Jackson could potentially create leverage in a potential trade.

Former University of North Carolina wing Justin Jackson expects to hear his name called in the first round of the 2017 NBA Draft.
