"Somewhat of an older figure to me" and said she wasn't scared of him.

Gianna Constand said she received several phone calls from Cosby, including one in which he shared lewd details of his encounter with Andrea Constand and apologized.

Cosby is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee, Andrea Constand. The 79-year-old comedian once dubbed America's Dad could spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted.

His lawyers tried to poke holes in Constand's story, citing differences between her courtroom testimony and the accounts she gave to police and in a lawsuit in 2005.

She hopes to show Constand changed her mind about the date of the alleged 2004 assault after reviewing them.

Constand told the jury that Cosby gave her the pills that he said were a natural treatment for stress, and within 20 minutes she began to feel dizzy and paralyzed, the Associated Press reported. "Are they herbal?" she recalled asking the entertainer when he gave her three pills. And she said she trusted him and swallowed them. "Mr. Cosby stood up and I stood up, 'cause he said, 'You probably need to relax.' And when I stood up, my legs were not strong and I began to panic a little bit".

"She said she was unable to push him away or tell him to stop". Cosby became a mentor to Constand, and he would sometimes invite her to dinners at his house either alone or with others.

Miller testified that no transcript was made of the deposition itself, an agreement he struck with Johnson's lawyer because of the sensitivity of her claims. She says that's when Cosby sexually assaulted her.

They also pointed to phone records showing Ms Constand called Cosby 53 times after the alleged assault.

"She could go to school", he said.

She said she had rebuffed his sexual advances before the 2004 assault.

Kontaxis' announcement was met with applause, and developers who've installed the iOS 11 beta are praising the change on Twitter . This kind of a setup is supposed to help with 3D as well as Augmented Reality (AR) features.

"It was a very big burden on me, but one that I didn't have the courage at the time to tell my family about", she said.

This is the second time Andrea Constand has brought Cosby to court. "I just wanted to go home".

Constand continued: "Mr. Cosby ... laid me down". She stopped calling after she left her job at Temple in March 2004, she said. They also indicated she called lawyers specializing in civil litigation before reporting the alleged assault to police.

More than 50 women allege that Cosby sexually assaulted them in incidents dating back to the 1960s, when he emerged as a major comedy star. I was frozen, and those messages didn't get there. Constand knew he was well connected and said she felt humiliated and confused.

"The man that I've known as a child was amusing and witty and smart and philanthropic and full of advice", she told ABC News.

The woman Bill Cosby is charged with drugging and molesting returns to the witness stand on Wednesday, and the comedian's lawyer suggested she will turn up the heat. Ms Constand says the calls concerned the basketball team. On Monday, the first day of the trial, prosecutor Kristen Feden asked jurors not to let memories of Cosby as a TV actor and comedian cloud their judgment of what happened to Constand 13 years ago.

Andrea Constand emerged from 12 years of silence Tuesday to testify at Cosby's sexual assault trial.

"The absence of Camille Cosby is noted, usually a person charged with a crime, their spouse comes to show support for them", said attorney Gloria Allred, who represents 33 Cosby accusers. She passed out, she told the court, and when she came to, Cosby was groping her breasts and genitals.

On Tuesday, Johnson's mother, Pattrice Sewell, bolstered her daughter's story.

"But you weren't drugged that night", Agrusa pressed.

Johnson later settled a workers' compensation claim for around $10,000 for the encounter, according to the Associated Press.
