Is Julian Edelman the cause of Matt Harvey's suspension?

A contrite Matt Harvey rejoined the New York Mets on Tuesday and apologized to his teammates after serving his three-day suspension for skipping a game last weekend.

According to the New York Post, Harvey missed Saturday's game - and drew a three-game suspension from the Mets - because of Julian Edelman. "We've got to know one thing about our society: if you make a mistake, stand up, be accountable and move on". When he did that, he was on top of the world, you know? "People forget about it", Mets manager Terry Collins said Monday, a day after general manager Sandy Alderson revealed the discipline for the 28-year-old pitcher.

Harvey did not show up to Citi Field on Saturday for the team's game against Miami, and the starter ultimately told the team that he had been dealing with a migraine. When asked if the text was supportive of Harvey or more challenging in tone, Collins replied, "Both". With that began another round of drama with Matt Harvey, one that again has chipped into his credibility among his own teammates. Instead, he was sent home for not showing up to the ballpark for a game the night before. Now it's a matter of commanding all his stuff and certainly putting it all together, which I think may not happen overnight. "Even in those years that we did win the championship, there was a month in there somewhere where we really struggled", Giants manager Bruce Bochy said prior to Monday's game.

Harvey allowed six earned runs over 5 ¹/₃ innings against the Braves in his last start, on May 2.

"Sandy did it", Collins said.

At the start of his presidency, Macron promised to strengthen the European Union, reform French politics, and to unite his divided country.

Harvey was not scheduled to pitch Saturday, but he was slated to start Sunday before being suspended. Milone was claimed off waivers from Milwaukee on Sunday and will start Wednesday's homestand finale against San Francisco.

But San Francisco entered an NL-worst 11-21 after getting swept at Cincinnati in a weekend series and getting outscored 31-5, the Giants' worst run differential in a three-game series since 1894 against Boston, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

The New York Mets look for another win here to get back to a.500 record. He took a flight to Los Angeles, a red-eye to NY and went straight to Citi Field for his start.

"Pretty tough situation to put him in, but it's what we had to do", Collins said. Wheeler is 0-1 with a 3.24 ERA in his last three starts, though he has pitched beyond the fifth just once in that span.

"I did have four walks but that's the best I felt all season", Wheeler said. "You savor. You never let go".
