Companies, which have progressed further from last year's ranking include Ola (From 10 in 2016 to 5 now), OYO Rooms (From number 16 last year to 9 this year), Reliance Industries (from 23 to 10) and Cisco (From 24 last year, it has jumped to number 16).
According to LinkedIn, the Top Companies list is based on the billions of actions taken by LinkedIn's 500 million-plus members and looks at three main pillars: interest in a company's jobs, interest in a company's brand and employees, and employee retention.
