Chelsea are keen on holding on to their best performers and adding more quality of the squad but Conte has indicated that he won't be trying to convince any of his players if they don't want to continue playing for the club.

"It is very important for us to be focussed and concentrated on our targets", said the Italian.

"First of all the players must have pleasure to stay at Chelsea", he told a news conference.

The 36-year-old defender, who will leave Chelsea this summer after 22 years, made his first Premier League start since September and 716th Blues appearance in last Monday's win over Watford.

Conte is relishing the chance to celebrate Chelsea's title win at Stamford Bridge and feels it will be all-the-sweeter given that few backed him to succeed in his first season in England.

It's what the four-time MVP has been doing in every playoff game, and the Celtics don't have anyone to slow him down. The Celtics opened with a plan to switch defenders off screens to prevent James from turning the corner on drives.

'And to help Thibaut to win the golden glove, we have these two targets on Sunday, and to prepare in the right way for the FA Cup final against Arsenal.

'I repeat, we have a big chance after an incredible season to reach incredible targets and we must try to do this'.

"Every season, it's very hard to win the title in England", he said. "Couple this with Conte being one of the highest regarded coaches in world football at present, and it seemed like a natural fit to get this special emoji live for fans ahead of Chelsea's crowning weekend".

"It's important for me that every player must have the pleasure to stay". And also to celebrate [coach] Steve Holland, who is leaving after eight years.
