David Wagner hopes his Huddersfield players have been inspired by the last Terriers team to play top-flight football as they look to overcome Sheffield Wednesday and reach the Championship play-off final.

He was off the pace when he made his first start since March in Sunday's goalless semi-final first leg at Huddersfield.

Who will bag a place at Wembley?

Whoever advances in South Yorkshire will head to Wembley where the victors there will be elevated into English football's top division, a level Huddersfield were last at in 1972.

“Both teams are similar, I thought we were the better side, but we just couldnt get that goal.

Fernando Forestieri was a peripheral figure on his return to the starting XI but their solid, if uninspiring, performance did allow Wednesday's hosts to record a 17th clean sheet of the campaign as goalkeeper Keiren Westwood produced two vital second-half saves to keep the game scoreless. We will rest up now and go again on Wednesday.

Gary Hooper could add to Wednesday's attacking options this evening if he can shake off the hamstring injury that kept him out of the first leg.

University of Wisconsin - Madison Twitter hacked Wednesday morning
Officials at the University of Wisconsin have confirmed that someone was able to hack into the university's main Twitter account Wednesday.

He played like a team worker against Huddersfield. "We would go down as legends".

Kachunga, 25, was part of the Paderborn squad that reached the Bundesliga for the first time in their history three years ago, though the Huddersfield forward sees the Premier League as an even grander stage.

"I also went with Paderborn to the first league but the Premier League is a little bit different, maybe a little bit bigger than the Bundesliga".

Those hunting bigger odds can take a home win with under 2.5 goals at 14/5 (3.80), a selection that would have won in both the regular season meetings between these sides as well as each of the four aforementioned Huddersfield away defeats to the top six. We weren't good on the ball on Sunday and created very few chances.

The Terriers boss believes the prospect of extra-time would be "more of an advantage than a disadvantage" for a Huddersfield side that pride themselves on high fitness levels, while Wagner was quick to note the dreaded shoot-out scenario is not so daunting back in his homeland.

'They had never played in the top division and Huddersfield have had a long wait.
